Birth preparation.
My birth preparation course follows the Katherine Graves Method of hypnobirthing, an in-depth programme delivered over four sessions (6–8 hours). You’ll learn effective relaxation techniques, gain a clear understanding of the physiological birth process, and explore all your options,from place of birth to interventions, so you can make informed decisions. You’ll also discover the essential role your birth partner plays. This course offers a truly comprehensive approach to birth preparation.
